CNC Project Manager – Entry/Intermediate Level

You'll bridge the gap between customers and the production team, helping ensure complex jobs move smoothly from quote to delivery. What You’ll Do:
✅ Work alongside our Senior Project Manager to manage customer projects from RFQ to finished part
✅ Interpret complex blueprints and apply your machining knowledge to technical quoting
✅ Source raw materials and prepare work orders for the production team
✅ Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and customers to ensure jobs stay on schedule
✅ Track job progress, communicate updates to customers, and manage expectations
✅ Use your computer skills to maintain ERP data, update timelines, and control documentation
✅ Visit the shop floor as needed to help troubleshoot and support production
✅ Assist with labeling, shipping prep, and documentation as part of a hands-on team
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–5 years of machining experience and technical expertise
✅ Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, setups, tooling, and materials
✅ Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
✅ Fluent in spoken and written English—clear communication is critical
✅ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong computer skills (ERP, Microsoft Office, etc.)
✅ Experience with Mastercam, CAD/CAM
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
✅ Professionalism and a positive, collaborative attitude
