About the Role: The Project Manager will coordinate enterprise initiatives specializing in pharmacy software and custom healthcare solutions. This is a hands-on delivery and client-facing role, focusing on executing priorities set by leadership. The role suits candidates who excel at keeping projects moving, translating requirements, and supporting both enterprise clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with enterprise clients to discuss business needs, gather feedback, and provide progress updates on projects.
- Define detailed requirements for developers based on client needs and management direction.
- Run an agile workflow for a team of five core developers, using tools like Notion or similar software for tracking and prioritization.
- Manage support team escalations, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and customer service standards are maintained.
- Drive continuous improvements to the customer onboarding process, including workflow automations, onboarding emails, and CRM syncing.
- Maintain the CRM system and the structure of the team's Notion workspace for task, client, and knowledge management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to clearly document scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in software project management or in a related digital delivery role, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, or SaaS.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies and digital project management platforms (preference for Notion).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable developer tasks.
- Proven experience managing customer communications and leading meetings with enterprise clients.
- Exposure to, or interest in, the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
