Job Summary
Graphic Ad is seeking a versatile and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. This role blends hands-on production skills with customer service, project management, and estimating. The right person will confidently guide projects from intake through delivery, coordinate across departments and vendors, and step in to assist with production and installs as needed. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects from quote through delivery
- Meet with clients (phone, email, in-person) to understand their needs and offer signage and graphic solutions
- Prepare estimates and close orders using internal tools
- Coordinate job timelines, materials, production, and installation schedules
- Conduct site surveys and assist with permit documentation
- Interface with suppliers and subcontractors when needed
- Assist in the shop with vinyl cutting, printing, assembly, and simple installs
- Maintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in signage, project coordination, or sales
- Knowledge of sign and vinyl graphics production processes, substrates, and installation practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw and RIP software
- Ability to read and interpret design proofs and production drawings
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a client-first mindset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license; comfortable with occasional travel or site work
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Desirable Qualifications
- Hands-on skills and experience in vinyl application, printing, and sign fabrication
- Familiarity with ShopVox or other sign shop management software
- Experience quoting or selling signage solutions
- Experience coordinating outsourced fabrication or installs
