  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Track progress against milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate input and updates from internal teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage document control, versioning, and repository access (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Assist with change management communications and stakeholder updates.
  • Support test planning, cutover tracking, training coordination, and post go-live hyper care logistics.
  • Support the creation of project budgets and financial tracking.
  • Support all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, schedules, and documentation.

Launching your potential
The following experience will help you succeed in this role:
  • You bring at least 3+ years of project coordination or PMO experience, preferably on large-scale IT or ERP projects.
  • Have a strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile, hybrid).
  • Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar) will be an asset.
Helpful, though not a prerequisite
The following experience is considered a valuable addition, though not a firm requirement:
  • Experience coordinating data migration, testing, training, or integration activities.
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Visio, BI dashboards for reporting purposes.
