Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Professor ( Ph.D.) to join our academic team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, engaging in research, and contributing to the development of instructional design within their field of expertise. This role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an enriching learning environment for students.

Duties

• Preparation of lectures and practical's, lecturing, creating assignments and exams marking, supervision and participation in the instructor/course evaluation process by students.
• In the subsequent semesters, the professor will modify the curriculum they have developed as needed.
• The professor will participate in program advisory committee meetings regarding any developments in the industry that could be reflected in the curriculum accordingly .
• Ability to teach in the Teacher Education program is preferred.
• participate in professional associations at the local, provincial, and national levels.

Qualification & Experience

• PhD preferred (Entrepreneurship, organization Behavior , Business Math , Business Communications , Human Resources management , Indigenous Study, Business Statistics , Introduction to Sustainability , Supply Chain Management, Business Innovation , Data Analytics , Finance , Sales and Negotiations ,Intro to Economics ,Team Dynamics , Business Performance Management, Presentation Skills, Business Processes Diversity ,Equity Inclusion and Belonging in Workplace, Business Law ) as specified in the individual course.
• Faculty may be assigned multiple courses to teach and are encouraged to indicate all courses they are qualified to teach.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at a postsecondary institution.
• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience is required.
