Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, and styling with care and attention to pet comfort
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client loyalty through consistent rebooking and service recommendations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon environment, including managing retail and inventory
- Lead by example—mentoring team members, supporting training, and upholding grooming quality standards
- Assist with scheduling, team coordination, and daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Professional full service grooming experience required; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality grooming services with attention to detail.
- Passion for pets and commitment to customer satisfaction.
