We are looking for Production Assemblers based out of the Alliston area, this is a full-time position. (Direct hire with the company not through an agency)
The shift is:
Monday to Friday 6:45am to 3:15pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm
$20.50/hr to start plus benefits, paid weekly direct deposit plus a monthly production bonus.
The ideal candidate would have 2 years of previous production assembly experience, assembling products at a table using hand power tools.
DUTIES:
- Assemble products or components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production target goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions.
Looking for candidates who is mechanically inclined can multi-task and work in a fast pace environment, with some physicality and repetitive work.
