Bradford locations for a Production Administrator

The ideal candidate must be very organized and be able to liaise between multiple facilities having excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Must be collaborative and detail orientated and have proficiency in MS Office and related software programs to accomplish assigned tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Developing relationships with the supply chain to meet consumable requirements, while

maintaining stocking MIN/MAX levels per consumable SKU

- Researching and receiving comparison quotations to for best quality and pricing for the

company and our customer’s needs.

-Consistent follow up on the Supply Chains lead times making sure they meet our delivery

requirements.

- Quarterback Spectra’s Plant shop floor organization and Plant Cleanliness objectives using 5S

methodology ensuring everything has its place.

- Support the Plant Management and Maintenance Team’s prioritizing plant and equipment

maintenance requirements.

- Review and analyze consumable consumption data for any opportunities for cost reduction

as well as looking for alternative products and/or suppliers.

- Set up new parts and order related items using company software.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Must be able to take direction and work independently and cooperatively with others.

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment withstanding the plant environment.

- Knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Excel

- Knowledge and maintaining of all office practices as well as company policies and procedures.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Work Instructions and Safety protocols
