Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The Process Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and optimizing production efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of technical processes and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a commitment to quality and safety.
This job is not related to Pharma, Analytical, QA, Testing or Medical, if you have experience or study in any of the listed above do not apply. This is physical work in production settings, chemical background is important.
Duties
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance needs or operational issues.
- Troubleshoot process-related problems and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop process improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in training new employees on process operations and safety procedures.
Skills
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across various departments.

- Familiarity with process control systems is a plus.

Working in production Lab - experience or advanced studies in Laboratory Settings are required. Pay commemorates with experience, will raise if quality of work is shown and is consistent. Understanding and support of order, cleanness and safety is required. Work involve handling laboratory glassware and equipment.

Understanding of Laboratory equipment, glassware, acids, bases, solvents and safety is required. Job requires good memory or making quality notes and ability following them.
Knowledge of Laboratory Safety procedures is a must!!!
To standard laboratory work and duties following is included and not limited to:
1. Keep laboratories clean, sweep and mop floors and table surfaces
2. Wash glassware
4. Clean and prepare non biologically active material for reaction.
5. Place reaction vessels on stations.
6. Drain liquids, dispose of waste.
8. Monitor and control reactions
9. Weigh samples
10. Filter and Collect pregnant solutions
11. Control and adjust process as needed
12. Collect and dry product
14. Control thermal process
15. Work with various equipment: glassware, heating mantles and hotplates, chillers, vacuum pumps, evaporators and distillation apparatuses.
16. Must be able to lift upto 20kg heavy vessels, pails and cans.
Students with experience are welcome, will teach, must have experience handling glassware.

Pay: $19.56-$34.00 per hour
