Position Summary:
The Pro Shop Attendant plays a key role in the daily operations of the golf course, serving as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring positive and professional experience for all patrons. This position is responsible for managing Tee times, sales transactions, customer inquiries, and supporting both the Pro Shop and Golf Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with sales.
- Manage tee-sheet reservations and coordinate player check-ins.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for retail sales and green fees.
- Assist with merchandising, including product display, re-stocking, and inventory upkeep.
- Always Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop.
- Supervise and support Back Shop staff to ensure seamless golf operations.
- Help and communication with on-course marshals and player assistants.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support across golf operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Professional or Golf Operations Manager.

Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work environment with varying weather conditions.
- Standing for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
