Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions is a Canadian company that provides commercial dock and door services. Established in 2025 by Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, Sentinel was formed through the acquisition of several regional service providers: Lenworth Building Services, Pro Door & Dock Systems, Mar-Lin Dock & Door and Door Doctor. These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.
Lenworth Building Services is seeking a Preventative Service Program & Repair Coordinator for their growing team!! The PSP/PSR Coordinator’s role is to plan efficient, profitable and safe repairs, installations, and inspections within the PSP/PSR Department. Ultimately, the focus is to enhance the productivity and efficiency within the PSP/PSR Department, while increasing customer loyalty by ensuring all work is completed to Lenworth’s standard of “Doing It Right”. This position requires a high level of organization, effective internal and external communication, sound product knowledge, multitasking capabilities as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Planning
o Schedule all PSP Inspections according to contracts and ensure frequencies are accurately met.
o Review all job files thoroughly prior to scheduling, ensuring the documentation provided is sufficient to allow for an efficient installation/repair with minimal site questions.
o Communicate with customers regarding job status and scheduling.
o Manage and update customer portals and Work Order Management systems
o Acknowledge customer’s e-mails in a timely manner.
o Make process improvement recommendations for scheduling and efficiency of PSP/PSR crews.
o Create PSR Work Orders upon approval of PSP Report.
o Provide the PSP/PSR Manager with the job folder for review and material ordering prior to scheduling.
o Issue purchase orders to vendors and expedite material as required.
o Coordinate lifting equipment required to ensure inspections/repairs are completed safely.
o Schedule a minimum of 48 hours in advance for large projects.
o Advise customer of agreed upon lead times.
o Process and submit paperwork daily to the Accounting Department for prompt invoicing.
Planning & Administration
o Maintain the scheduled date for PSP and PSR orders in the system and update status field.
o Follow up on outstanding quotes via email and phone.
o Maintain PSR quote log and provided update status field.
o Update customer contact information in the system as required.
o Maintain employee’s certification schedule (HR Downloads – ISN).
Profitability and Performance
o Drive efficiency improvements – by ensuring projects are reviewed in detail, organized, coordinated and ultimately, delivered smoothly.
Leadership
o Understand and demonstrate the willingness to promote Lenworth’s vision and values, specifically: Hard Work, Trust and Passion.
o Assist with administering an annual review with all PSP/PSR crews, as well as probationary reviews for new employees.
o Continually build upon personal leadership and product knowledge.

Human Resources & Compliance
o Ensure compliance with all Lenworth and ministry safety regulations.
o Complete customer specific documents as required.

o Provide a weekly report to upper management regarding the PSP/PSR Department’s performance.
o Establish partnerships with customers to ensure long-term, strategic partnerships.
o Focus on driving the organization to continually meet and exceed these goals.
What we're looking for:
o Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Coordination, or a related field preferred.
o 2–4 years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations—ideally in a technical or construction environment (e.g., door & dock, facilities, HVAC, etc.).
o Experience using Work Order Management systems, CRMs, or customer portals.
o Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and service contracts is an asset.
