We are currently seeking a certified and experienced Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Instructor to lead group fitness and movement-based classes tailored specifically for expecting and new mothers.Join us in making a positive impact on our community's health and wellness!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and safe prenatal and/or postnatal fitness classes (e.g., yoga, mat Pilates, strength, mobility)
- Create inclusive and supportive environments for a variety of pregnancy stages and postpartum recovery needs
- Provide modifications and hands-on adjustments where appropriate
- Monitor participant safety and respond to any physical limitations or concerns
- Collaborate with our wellness team to create cohesive programming
- Offer guidance, encouragement, and education about movement, breath, and self-care
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
