- Assist with the construction of post frame buildings from start to finish, including layout, framing, roofing, and finishing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on-site.
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and follow direction from the site lead or foreman.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Experience:
- Framing / Post Frame: 1 year (preferred)
