We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Labour / A-Frame Delivery Specialist. This hybrid role involves general labour and delivery tasks during weekdays, as well as the weekly physical delivery and pickup of A-Frame signage across the GTA and surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and capable of handling logistics while working independently—especially during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
General Labour (Weekdays – 3 Days Flexible)
- Assist with sign production tasks, including assembly, mounting, and basic fabrication
- Load and unload materials, tools, and completed signage
- Perform general shop maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
- Support the installation team as required on job sites
- Deliver completed signs or materials to clients using the company vehicle
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with inventory handling, material preparation, and waste/recycling management
A-Frame Delivery (Friday & Sunday Nights)
- Pick up A-Frames from the shop and deliver them to designated sites across the GTA and Southern Ontario (e.g., Brampton, Whitby, Oshawa, Etobicoke, Mississauga)
- Ensure correct placement at specified locations using distribution maps provided by the A-Frame Manager
- Collect A-Frames on Monday morning and return them to the shop
- Communicate with the A-Frame Coordinator regarding any issues, including missing signs or city removal
- Maintain accurate records of sign placements and pickups
- Submit a delivery/pickup report to the A-Frame Coordinator by Monday, including notes on any issues encountered
- Follow predetermined routes efficiently and provide timely updates to the A-Frame Coordinator
Requirements
- Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with GTA and Southern Ontario roadways
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working evenings, nights, and early mornings
- Ability to lift and transport A-Frames (up to ~40 lbs)
- Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Maps, and scheduling platforms
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or dispatch is an asset
Location
- Shop-based (general labour) in Etobicoke, ON
- Travel required for A-Frame delivery across the GTA and surrounding areas
Schedule
- General Labour: 3 flexible weekdays (to be scheduled)
- A-Frame Delivery: Friday & Sunday nights; A-Frame pickup on Monday morning
