Ross Lane Homes is looking for a skilled, motivated, and efficient framing carpenter to join our team. We specialize in custom residential framing — from full houses to decks, additions, and renovations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with roof framing and sheathing
- Ability to lay out floors and walls accurately and efficiently
- Confidence reading plans and making framing decisions on-site
- Capable of running a crew and keeping jobs moving
- Hard-working, fast-paced, quality framing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years framing experience
- Comfortable with heights and fast-paced environments
- Own basic hand tools and have reliable transportation
- Leadership mindset and good communication skills
Compensation:
Pay is based on skill, competence, and the value you bring on-site.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
