Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in renovation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specs
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely, high-quality work
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues on-site
Requirements:
- Valid plumbing license/certification in Ontario
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or light commercial renovations
- Own tools, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
