What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reading and interpreting site plans and grades for pipe installation
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing pipe for proper alignment and fit
- Installing pipe, fittings, and manholes to spec
- Checking elevations and ensuring accurate grade control
- Supporting compaction, backfill, and bedding requirements
- General site tasks including cleanup, material handling, and crew support
- Participating in daily tailgate meetings and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
What Makes You the Right Fit:
- Experience in pipe laying
- Skilled in reading grades, elevations, and interpreting pipe plans
- Physically capable of labour-intensive work in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working in and around trenches and heavy equipment
- Skid steer or excavator experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract
- Self-motivated and eager to be part of a supportive, high-performing crew
