North GTA Health Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic with both a medical and rehab team. We are a collaborative group of healthcare professionals including; physicians, chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists. North GTA Health Centre is committed to working with our community to providing patient-centered health care services so they may achieve optimal health. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Physiotherapist Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans including the use of modalities, exercise programs, soft tissue release, Assisted Stretch Therapy etc.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Perform administrative duties, as required
Qualifications:
- Physiotherapy background or kinesiology degree preferred
- Previous experience working within a clinic setting is an asset
- Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
