Summary
We are seeking a Pet Bather to join our team at Pawz N' Style. In this role, you will be responsible for bathing and preparing dogs for grooming services, ensuring that they receive the best care possible. Your contributions will help maintain our salon's reputation for cleanliness and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Wash and rinse dogs thoroughly using appropriate shampoos and conditioners.
- Dry dogs using towels or dryers while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Prepare dogs for grooming by brushing out tangles and mats before the groomer begins.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bathing area, including washing tools and equipment after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets' needs.
- Assist groomers as needed during the grooming process.
Requirements
- Experience in pet care or grooming is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy dogs safely and comfortably.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Working hour required Tuesday to Saturday 8.30 am.-5.00 pm, 2-3 days per week, Saturday is a must.
