Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for educating clients on proper exercise techniques, providing guidance on nutrition, and fostering a positive and motivating environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach small group training sessions (4 – 6 clients)
- Deliver high-energy, structured workouts that are safe, challenging, and fun
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients of all fitness levels
- Create an encouraging and community-driven environment
Requirements:
- Personal training certification (e.g., CanFitPro, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Passion for fitness and helping others
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience coaching or leading group fitness (preferred, not required)
- Knowledge of progressive training, injury prevention, or basic nutrition
