We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and inspiring Female Personal Trainer / Coach to join our growing team. You should be a great relationship builder, have a strong desire to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a busy client load
- Providing superior customer service
- Motivating clients to overcome their challenges
- You will also be responsible for your own personal brand: to market yourself within the gym, in the community, and through social media in order to help build your clientele
- You will create workouts and fitness plans for a wide range of clients.
- You will also be responsible to deliver tours, sign-ups, and starter sessions to help our new members get started. So being confident in making sales is a must.
As a successful Personal Trainer / Coach, you will have the ability to build long lasting relationships with your clients and have the desire to create a rewarding experience that will keep your clients coming back for more. You must be results-oriented with a positive attitude, highly motivated personality, and the ability to encourage clients to reach their fitness goals.
In addition to the above, we are looking for you to:
- Build rapport with clients; evaluate their current fitness level and abilities to design a personalized workout plan to meet them where they are at
- Create workouts tailored to client's needs and goals
- Lead clients through safe and fun workouts
- Document and track clients’ progress using TrueCoach programming app
- Guide and educate clients on exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Motivate and encourage clients through positive reinforcement
- Adjust client's workout plans as goals are reached and client progresses
- Educate clients on resistance training and cardiorespiratory equipment
- Demonstrate and practice correct warm-up and cool-down techniques
- Follow all health and safety regulations when working with equipment
- Ensure gym environment is safe, clean, and free of hazards at all times
- Connect with other members about their health and fitness as appropriate
- Although Momentum will help you gain clients, you must market yourself to gain clients of your own
PT Salary: $30.00 to $40.00/hour
Admin Salary: $20.00/hour
