Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) to assist a client in Richmond Hill who is recovering from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. The ideal candidate will have experience providing personal care, mobility support, and light housekeeping in a home setting.
Duties
As a Certified Female PSW, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Supporting clients with mobility assistance and physical exercises as needed.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent training.
- Vulnerable Police Check
- Valid work permit (if applicable)
- Capable of performing cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.20-$20.00 per hour
