Are you passionate about fitness, love being part of a team, and have the energy to light up a room? We’re looking for a dynamic, certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor to join our F45 Bloor West Village crew.
Our coaches are the core of our studio. You’ll lead functional HIIT-style classes with confidence and personality, support our members through every rep, and help build a space where people feel strong, seen, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training Classes
- Delivering instruction using F45-specific programming and terminology
- Ensuring members are using correct form and technique at all times
- Providing positive coaching cues, encouragement, and real-time feedback
- Offering regressions and progressions for all fitness levels
- Creating an uplifting, high-energy environment that’s welcoming for everyone
- Responding appropriately to any injuries or incidents in class
- Assisting with local events and studio outreach to help build our community
- Speaking confidently about the F45 model to prospective members
- Multi-tasking and adapting in a fast-paced class environment
- Supporting member fitness assessments and progress tracking
- Greeting every member by name and building strong relationships
- Helping with studio setup and light cleanup before/after class
- Ensuring all members are engaged, supported, and encouraged from start to finish
- Demonstrating all exercises with strong technique and safe modifications
- Contributing to a clean, professional, and fun studio vibe
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve got 1+ years of group coaching or personal training experience
- You’re certified (Can-Fit-Pro, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or similar)
- CPR-C & AED certified
- You lead with confidence but leave your ego at the door
- You’re great with people, fast on your feet, and comfortable in front of a group
- You’re community-driven and want to grow with us
- Bonus: You live within 10–15 minutes of the studio
