Join Our Caring Team!
We’re a family-focused Optometry clinic dedicated to delivering personalized care, expert services, and specialized paediatric eye care. Our clinic is moving to a brand new space in Port Credit. We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to help us continue providing outstanding care in a warm and professional environment.
This is more than a front desk job — you'll be an essential part of our clinical team, supporting both reception duties and preliminary eye testing (training provided). This role plays an integral part in guiding our patients from the beginning of their experience to the end of their examination. If you love helping others and want to grow in a meaningful healthcare role, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Assist patients with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and emails; respond to inquiries with care and accuracy

- Update patient records and verify insurance information
- Maintain confidentiality and help ensure a smooth clinic flow
- Keep the reception and testing areas clean and organized
- Support optometrists and clinical staff as needed
- Support the optical team as needed (e.g. guiding patients with frame selection, adjusting or preparing eyewear orders, or general retail assistance)
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, compassionate personality with a strong desire to help others
- Bubbly and warm personality that enjoys connecting with both children and adults
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Team Player
- Willingness to learn and perform clinical testing (training provided)

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
