We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support in a professional environment. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Maintaining up-to-date client records and files.
- Schedule appointments
- help optometrist with pre-testing and other tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks related to office operations
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service experience.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in an optometry office is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
