IKI , division of Café Bon Bon, is known for crafting high-quality Japanese-inspired pastries and breads, including our signature Shokupan. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Pastry Assistant to join our team and help us deliver fresh, beautifully made pastries every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, baking, and finishing pastries, breads, and desserts
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations
- Support pastry chef with daily production tasks
- Package and label baked goods for display or orders
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous baking or kitchen experience an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
