Mikasa Automotive, a well-established and reputable auto repair company in Red Deer, is seeking a detail-oriented Parts & Service Advisor to join their small but caring team. What You Will Do:
-Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with
professionalism and care.
-Manage administrative tasks, including issuing receipts, processing payments, and
maintaining records.
-Write up work orders and look up correct parts to be ordered for the job.
-Explain services and costs to customers clearly and effectively.
-Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and
service delivery.
-Identify opportunities to upsell services or maintenance options where appropriate.
What We Are Looking For:
-At least 5 years of relevant experience.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
-A friendly, client-focused attitude with the ability to stay on task in a busy environment.
-Proficiency with MS Office tools and automotive related software.
-A clean criminal record and driving abstract, along with a valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation.
