Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of parts transactions, ensuring all staff are adequately trained.
- Fulfill customer needs for parts and accessories accurately.
- Ensure technicians receive parts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep supply and support systems up-to-date, including parts catalogs, price lists, promotional literature, and other materials.
- Manage parts inventory by liaising with manufacturers for required parts and establishing effective procedures for monitoring inventory and data input.
- Utilize factory stock orders and return privileges to keep parts inventory within specified limits.
- Keep a record of failed parts for warranty claim audits.
- Negotiate with vendors for part pricing.
- Supervise and/or conduct parts inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Adhere to all company and manufacturer policies, directives, and procedures.
- Carry out any other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage, motivate, evaluate, develop, and direct staff.
- Proficiency in automotive inventory control systems.
- Good focus on stock orders.
- Effective administrative and management skills.
- Computer literacy for inventory management, record-keeping, and parts information.
- High School Diploma.
- 5 years of experience in the Parts Department, previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive parts.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
