We here at Ernie Dean Chevrolet Buick GMC in Alliston, Ontario are looking for our next Parts Manager, someone like you who wants to work with a growing, regional GM leader and is excited at the prospect of working with a team of parts professionals who take pride in their work.

What Your Day Will Look Like -
- Manage all facets of day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
- Oversee parts inventory and stock levels
- Source, order, and receive parts shipments efficiently
- Daily collaboration with both Service Advisors and Techs to ensure timely parts availability
- Continuous performance monitoring of customer service, department profitability, and parts personnel
- Lead and train the parts staff daily, offering feedback and mentorship
- Negotiate with and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all GM programs and policies
What We Need From You -
- GM experience is a ‘great-to-have’ but not a deal breaker
- Previous experience working in a dealership parts department (leadership role is preferred)
- Experience with Quorom DMS would be strong skill to have
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
- Willingness to lead a team and handle multiple priorities daily
- Team player who looks for opportunities to collaborate with all managers to help grow the Ernie Dean brand.
- Ready to embrace the role of mentor.
How We Take Care of You -
- Salary range - $80,000-$90,000 per year
- Additional benefits available (we’ll go over that in the interview)
