KeyAg Kubota, a well-established agricultural, industrial and acreage equipment dealership in Red Deer is looking for a Parts Manager who has parts and management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities in the department, developing and maintaining staff, establishing strong working relationships with all dealership team members and providing our customers with superior service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practices that provide above average customer satisfaction for the Parts departments internal and external customers.
- Make customer satisfaction a department priority, ensuring that all members of the parts team are courteous and respectful in their interaction with customers
- Handle customer concerns promptly
- Ensure customer and employee satisfaction through positive communication and leadership
- Maintain a high-performance team through hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management in a safe environment.
- Lead, manage, and support employees in order to achieve business and productivity goals and improve profitability and efficiency.
- Understand and comply with government and company health & safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Analyze monthly financial and management reports and implement practices to ensure goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Parts Management experience
- Journeyman Parts Certificate (or equivalent years of trade experience)
- Previous experience in an agricultural or construction environment would be an asset
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior Dealer Information Systems (DIS) software experience
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to the Parts Department
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
