What you’ll do:

Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
- Ensure all meat products are accurately priced and a proper rotation is maintained in the coolers and retail area
- Build and maintain merchandise display in the meat department
- Respond to all customer inquiries regarding different cuts, serving sizes and other product related questions in a courteous and well-informed manner
- Maintain the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness while ensuring all Food Safety guidelines, procedures and requirements are always adhered to
- Perform additional duties as required

Who you are and what you have:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic approach to work with strong leadership skills
- Practical working knowledge of daily retail operations
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Can handle cool temperatures, and heavy lifting may be required (up to 50lbs)
- Available to work on a flexible schedule
