We are seeking a Part time detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
Duties
- Input and update data into various computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data collection tasks as required for various projects
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to manage data effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other office software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of computerized systems for efficient data management
- Good clerical skills, including filing and document management
