Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are assembled and packaged efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Intended shift is Thursday through Sunday, 6am to 4pm (4x 10hr)
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate packaging materials according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently to package products.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working in the warehouse.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with packaging processes, hand tools, and forklift operation is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
