We are a Canadian supplier of specialty bathroom products rapidly growing and looking to expand its Outside Sales Force in Ontario.

Responsibilities
This position includes the following primary responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Territory management.
- Prospecting.
- Call and acquire new accounts.
- Meet – and exceed - established monthly sales targets.
This position has the following additional responsibilities:
- Have the passion to connect and build rapport with a range of customers and their varying needs.
- Comfortable with working in a highly-structured, sales driven environment.
- Actively listen to customers, analyze their needs - and offer solutions.
- Critical thinking to ask insightful questions to identify customers’ needs.

- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues.

- Provide world-class customer service during customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience required
- Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
