Sales Representative – Merino Wool Base Layers (Commission + Monthly Stipend)
Summary:
Woolove is a Canadian brand known for durable, 100% merino wool base layers — trusted by first responders, hunting guides, ski patrols, and outdoor pros. We’re looking for a driven, experienced sales rep to help us develop our wholesale business across Canada.
This is a part-time, remote position with a 90-day trial. You’ll have the freedom to prospect your own leads — and we’ll back you with samples, sales tools, and brand support.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and contact new wholesale leads (fire halls, fishing lodges, ski towns, outfitters)
- Pitch co-branded gear (custom logos for staff or resale)
- Make outbound calls and follow-up emails
- Track lead progress and conversations
- Work with the founder to help close deals
Who You Are:
- Proven sales rep who knows how to pitch and close
- Strong knowledge of the outdoor and tactical space
- Existing contacts in hunting, fishing, or emergency services is a huge asset
- Independent, self-motivated, and organized
- Bonus points if you already wear or know Woolove
Compensation:
- $500/month flat fee for 90-day trial
- 10% commission on all sales
- Bonus potential based on performance
