We’re hiring a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Crop Worker to support our field operations. You’ll be hands-on with our pepper and plant crops — helping with watering, picking, tying plants, and delivering materials as needed. This is a physically active role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and getting their hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watering & Plant Care: Ensure plants are hydrated and cared for daily using proper techniques.
- Picking & Harvesting: Pick ripe peppers and tomatoes with care to avoid damage.
- Plant Support: Tie and secure plants as they grow to maintain healthy structure.
- Material Handling: Deliver supplies like fertilizer, compost, and supports to the right areas of the field.
- General Field Work: Assist with setup, cleanup, and daily upkeep of crop areas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed.
- Experience in agriculture, landscaping, or gardening is a bonus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions with care.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor setting with varying terrain and weather.
- Tasks may include bending, squatting, lifting, and long periods of walking or standing.
- Busy harvest periods may require extended hours.
