We’re looking for an Order Picker Lead to take charge of our daily picking operations and keep our warehouse running smoothly. If you’re organized, hands-on, and love leading a team, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate the order picking team to meet deadlines.
- Assign tasks, train staff, and monitor performance.
- Verify orders for accuracy and quality before shipment.
- Work with Inventory and Shipping teams to keep things moving efficiently.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Jump in and pick, pack, and stage orders as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years warehouse/order picking experience (leadership experience a plus).
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset.
