Overview
We are seeking a FULL TIME friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk at a busy optical office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dental services effectively.
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for various clerical tasks including document creation, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Provide customer support by addressing patient concerns or directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a dental office setting.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or clerk is highly desirable but not mandatory.
