Location: Olds, AB | Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting across multiple areas, including inventory management, aftermarket support, receiving, and warehouse activities. This position ensures materials, products, and inventory flow efficiently through the production and distribution process while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or operations support preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt instantly to shifting priorities or operational needs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems considered an asset.
- Physically able to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
What You’ll Do:
- Inventory Relief:
o Issue materials to production work orders in the system.
o Process and document scrap material in accordance with established procedures.
o Support accuracy of inventory counts and transactions.
- Aftermarket Support:
o Pick and/or pack materials for customer sales orders and internal work orders.
o Verify order accuracy, packaging requirements, and prepare items for shipment.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of aftermarket commitments.
- Receiving:
o Assist with receiving both fabricated and purchased inventory.
o Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
o Label, document, and stage materials for proper storage or distribution.
- Additional Warehouse Support:
o Assist with picking items for production work orders to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
o Support warehouse team with general material handling, organization, and inventory upkeep.
- Actively participate and maintain positive team environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned
