We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Responsibilities
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office staff, processing documentation, and maintaining project files. This includes contracts, permits, and invoices.
- Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate communication and ensure project requirements are met. This involves scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and financial tracking for construction projects, including payroll, invoicing clients, and monitoring project expenses against budgets.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
- Human Resources: Handle recruitment, hiring, and training of office and administrative staff, as well as managing employee records and benefits.
Skills
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred, though some positions may accept a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Experience: Previous Experience in Administrative experience being common.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email tools) is also important.
