Overview
We at Matrix Foods are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service/ Data Entry Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inquiries, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in customer service.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries using effective phone etiquette.
- Enter customer orders in Quickbook
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure client information is up-to-date.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic billing and invoicing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong phone systems knowledge along with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
