Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service/Delivery Driver/Graphics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Front Counter Sales and delivery of products to our customers, while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Operate POS System.
- Assist with receiving of inventory.
- Assist with customers graphic output needs.
- Assist with finishing work in our bindery.
Requirements
- Valid B.C. driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent phone etiquette for communication with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical Fit - must be able to lift 50lb boxes.
- Graphic Arts Software Knowledge - AI, Corel Draw, Canva

Pay: $19.91-$23.50 per hour
