Looking for an energetic well-organized multi-tasker with highly developed customer service skills who is able to transition between warehouse, office and on-site jobs with ease and professionalism.
In this role you will have a lot of responsibilities that a typical office assistant would have including being sufficient in quick books and Excel. You will also be asked to answer phone calls on a regular basis to speak to clients and book any potential moves. You will be asked to administer pay roll and tax remittance. This job is perfect for anyone trying to get some real business experience!
Salary will be based off experience and skill set and will be negotiated on the day of the interview.
Skills: above basic computer skills will be an asset although willing to train (accounting, e-mails, quotation, sales, scheduling and co-ordination of office tasks) as well as highly developed communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
