Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel House person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
