Job Opportunity: Full-Time Office Assistant

About Us
We are a growing HVAC distribution company providing top-quality heating and cooling equipment and services to wholesalers. Our warehouse team is busy, and we’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for warehouse and sales operations
- Answer phones, emails, and assist customers with inquiries
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns
- Assist with warranty claims, filing, and data entry
- General office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience (warehouse or HVAC industry experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
work hours
- 37.5 to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 9 to 4:30
