We’re Hiring: Office Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Are you the organized, easy-going, friendly, get-it-done type? We want to meet you! Brad’s Tree Service is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team — full-time or part-time, depending on what works best for you. We’re flexible and happy to adjust our hours to fit the right person.
You’ll work closely with one of our awesome owners, Eden, and be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly (and our office running sanely). If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and love a mix of structure and people-focused work, you’ll fit right in.
About Us
We’re Brad’s Tree Service — a family-owned and operated company that started back in 2017 as a two-person dream and has grown into a powerhouse team of 20 (and counting!). We’re big believers in treating our crew like family, building strong client relationships, and showing up for our community.
Between welcoming a few new tiny humans to our family and surviving one heck of an ice storm this year, we’ve decided it’s time to bring on some extra help in the office. That’s where you could come in!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing daily office tasks like answering phones, booking assessments, collecting payments, and keeping records organized
- Communicating with clients by phone, text, and email in a friendly, professional manner
- Building strong relationships with both residential and commercial clients
- Greeting visitors and keeping the office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handling communication promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with Eden to support the estimation team
- Assisting with planning and prep for company events, sponsorships and fundraising collaborations
- Occasionally attending sponsored or fundraising events, which typically fall on weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s license — our office is in Utopia, and there’s no public transit available
- Experience with Jobber (huge bonus points!)
- Strong clerical skills and serious attention to detail
- Ability to follow company guidelines and help keep our operations on track
- Calm and professional conflict resolution skills
- Knowledgeable with computers (MAC Operating System), email, and scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Time management and organizational superpowers
- Arboriculture knowledge is great, but not required
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
