Continuously growing business looking to add to our already great team. 36,000 sq/ft shop filled with OEM and aftermarket tools, OEM softwares for advanced diagnostics, multiple lifts to help get the job done faster and safer, 4 overhead cranes, fabrication area. Close group that takes pride in the work that we do, and great team camaraderie. Our new state of the art tri-axle dyno bay is completed and being used. What will make you a successful candidate, and help you thrive in this position?
- Customer service specialist. This role is the face of our business when customers walk through our door and phone in. This is the most important attribute needed to be successful in this role.
- Very comfortable and outgoing on phone calls, as well as in person.
- Attention to detail in handling internal documents.
- Enthusiastic personality that is able to work independently.
- Social marketing experience in a business setting
- Previous marketing experience
- Computer skills will be needed. Excel, Word, etc.
- Business runs on Apple platform, so experience with apple products required.
Duties
- Answering phone calls as they come in and directing to appropriate department
- Greeting all customers that come through door and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Social media management. Posting appropriate content, and ensuring positive feedback through multiple online platforms.
- Clerical work and organizing of documents.
- Assisting with printing and maintaining sales reports throughout the month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
