Duties

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems
• Maintain accurate records through filing and bookkeeping practices
• Update Website and Social Media platforms
• Implement organizational systems to enhance efficiency within the office

Requirements

• Proven experience in an office or administrative role, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
