We’re passionate about what we do, and with demand booming, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Office & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and grow with us!
What You’ll Do
As our Office & Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our operations—keeping things running smoothly for both our clients and technicians. You’ll:
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Schedule and coordinate jobs efficiently
- Dispatch technicians and manage their daily routes
- Handle general emails and respond to client inquiries
- Provide support to customers with clear, friendly communication
- Maintain calendars and job records
- Collaborate with leadership and senior managers on admin tasks
- Keep our team organized, on-time, and on-track
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or virtual assistant role
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management ability
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy: confident with Mac and G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Fluent in English—both written and spoken
- Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with dispatching or field service operations
