The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and provides vital administrative support to management, staff, and clients. As the Office Administrator, you will be the organizational backbone of our company, ensuring processes run efficiently, communication flows effectively, and the office environment remains professional and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases (electronic and paper).
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Assist with office supply management and vendor communications.
- Support financial administration, including processing invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and provide assistance as required.
- Contribute to the overall positive culture of the workplace through collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with scheduling and database management systems an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
